You can contact Hazel directly by email, WhatsApp or telephone. The website does not collect or submit an enquiry form. Please share only the information needed for your initial enquiry.
Why the information is used
Your enquiry is used to respond to your questions and discuss possible childcare arrangements. The proposed basis is taking steps at your request before entering a childcare agreement. It is not used for marketing. A place is not guaranteed by sending an enquiry.
Where your message goes
The Email Hazel button opens your email app. The WhatsApp Hazel button opens WhatsApp. You choose what to include and when to send your message. Your message is handled by the service you choose and is not stored by this website.
How long information is kept
Please contact Hazel if you would like to ask how long your enquiry messages are kept.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about your personal information, request access or correction, and request deletion or restriction where applicable. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact me first if you would like help with a privacy question.
Children’s Photos and Privacy
I respect every child’s privacy and take care when using photographs of children in my setting. Photographs displayed on this website are used with the appropriate parental consent for website use. I handle children’s photographs responsibly and only use them in line with the agreed permissions.
Links, cookies and photographs
This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Essential hosting cookies may be used. Clicking WhatsApp, Facebook or other external links takes you to services with their own privacy notices. Approved photographs and testimonials are shared without children’s full names or sensitive details. Please contact me with any concern about content.
